HomePlease be careful before engaging with these so called builders. They come with much baggage and a legacy of many devasted clients ..... Do your own research, no doubt they will claim they are whiter than white !!!

Be ware of "first 4 renovation" trading also as "premier extensions"

Do not even consider to work with them, they will take your money and leave your house in complete mess just as happened to us! They trading under "premier extensions" and trust me- they can talk the talk but when it comes to work you in for lots of stress and financial catastrophe !

Where is trading standards? What are companies house doing?

After seeing "Cowboy Builders" I cannot understand how The Courts, Trading Standards and Companies House are unable to protect hardworking couples from these "cowboys". Basically "MODERN ENGLAND" is turning into a free for all. Those that have no conscience or morals WILL WIN if you do not protect yourself. It starts from the very top down. THE BANKS RIPPED US OFF and Government are trying very hard to do the same! Basically trust no one, don't pay anyone up front and don't sign anything unless YOU have done the research. The "UK system" will NOT support you. You are on your own in the new GREAT (RIP OFF) BRITAIN. Planning application rules have been relaxed, so keep an eye on developments in your area..... bye bye to the use of "expensive" brown sites. Here goes the destruction of rural areas.
