First 4 Renovations?

I am looking at having an extension built and have been getting some quotes from different builders in my area. I am just looking in to a builder before I give him some work.

The building company is First 4 Renovations. I am interested to know if anybody has had any work done by this company or knows anything of them as to why I shouldn't give them this job.

We have just had a large Extension and new kitchen from First 4. They got reffered by a work collegue, who was very happy. They were the best priced builder, and we were very happy with the outcome. The team was very friendly and helpful with all decisions. The project finished on time and no hidden costs... I would recommend them again, in fact we will use them for our loft conversion next summer.

AVOID THEM !!! Complete cowboy builders who will leave you regretting ever having anything to do with them. I'm speaking from knowing someone who has had a really bad experience with them - left the job in tatters and took lots of money for no work !!!

I agree with Susan here? We found First 4 Renovations provided us with a spot on service? Have already recommended them to two collegues, who used them last year, again with glowing reports! Pictures available...

Please avoid these builders for your own protection. Both Asad Ahmed and Christian Lordan are gaining a growing reputation for leaving may innocent victims in tatters.

Spread the work as it is our duty to protect others from the fate many past clients have faced - no thanks to individuals with little morals and care for anyone but themselves !
