DO YOU KNOW ANYONE WHO WANTS TO **PRIVATELY** RENT A 2 or 3 BED HOUSE WITH GARDEN IN BROMLEY BR2????
We are looking to PRIVATELY rent a 2/3 bed house (if 2 both must be good size doubles) with room for lounge/dining room in the BR2 vaccinity.
Must be: mod, clean, neutrally decorated throughout, close to v good primary school and Bromley South station. A good sized garden laid to lawn is essential too.
We are aware of some of the agencies but would prefer to rent privately!!!
We are a small family who treat any property we've rented with the greatest of pride/respect, we are very clean/tidy people....can provide excellent refs!
Hoping that someone on here owns a property they are looking to rent or knows of someone.
Max budget £950pcm (no agency fees!!!) LONG TERM LET ie a good few years - having a young child we want to be as settled as possible!
