Jobless Ryan Anderson, aged 18, of Chipperfield Road, St Paul’s Cray, admitted exposing himself to traffic in Orpington Road, St Paul's Cray, on March 16.
Bromley Police were tipped off by a worried 50-year-old man who observed Ryan Anderson dropping his trousers and followed him to Chipperfield Road.
Officers acted on the information and after a brief struggle at an address in Chipperfield Road arrested Ryan Anderson.
His brother, 22-year-old Daniel Anderson, of Amherst Drive, St Mary Cray, was also arrested at the scene.
Ryan Anderson pleaded guilty to indecent exposure and two counts of assault on police at Bromley Magistrates’ Court.
He was given a 12 month community order and told to pay £85 court costs and £25 compensation.
Daniel Anderson admitted obstructing police and was fined £55 and ordered to pay £100 court costs and £50 compensation.
