Birthbabybliss is doula support for you and your partner during pregnancy, birth and as a new parent
I am a Doula (and a mother) not a midwife, health visitor or healthcare professional.
A Doula is an experienced woman who offers emotional and practical support to an expectant or new mother (and father ) before, during and after childbirth.
    As a Doula I can:
    • Offer support and advice throughout your pregnancy
    • Attend antenatal classes and midwife appointments
    • Talk through your birthing options
    • Support you through labour and birth
    • Provide reassurance and suggestions to allow you to have the birthing experience you want
    • Caring for your baby while you have time for yourself
    • Guidance on feeding your baby
    • Support with bathing and changing baby
    • Help with introducing a sleep routine
    • Booking post-natal and baby appointments
    • Attending baby clinic appointments including first set of immunisations
    • Help siblings to adjust to having a new baby
    • And much more
